Ever since its opening in 1992 by CEO Mr. Vadims Petrašs, SIA VISSA has strengthened and expanded its reputation and activities in various sectors of the transport industry. The company prioritizes continuous enhancement of its business development focusing on quality and improvement of its services constantly increasing our customer satisfaction.

Started as a small vehicle repair workshop SIA VISSA grew and expanded it operations to passenger transportation and bus rental services. Our fleet of new and modern Volvo passenger buses can be seen all around Europe. SIA VISSA founded the first safe and secure parking in 2014 in the city of Ādaži, Latvia. Ever since, our expanding E67 Parking Network is striving to provide our clients with the best Safety and Security features and vast variety of services. As a result, SIA VISSA became renowned among Latvian transport authorities and our international clients.

Vadim Petrash has represented political interest of SIA VISSA expanding his experience in the various sectors of the transport industry. Aleksandrs Petrašs has more than ten years of experience working in SIA VISSA as a manager of Safe and Secure Parking Ādaži, being promoted to Chief Project officer in 2019 to lead the project to establish a network of High-standard Safe and Secure parking areas along-side North Sea-Baltic Corridor. The first phase of the project – creation of two Gold Standard SSTPA’s in Latvia gained support of European Union, under CEF Map call.
