Second procurement for the construction of a new SSTP’a in the city of Bauska and renovation of SSTP’a in the city of Adaži
The necessity in the second procurement came with a termination of the previous design and build contract between SIA “VISSA” and PS “MMG”. Taking into consideration the ongoing changes of the construction market, caused by skyrocketing prices, SIA “VISSA” have prepared the procurement documents correspondingly. New ideas on the procurement criteria’s will aid SIA “VISSA” in the future, minimizing the risk of the implementation substantially.
As a result, the Second Procurement for a design and build contract was launched on 15.12.2021 with a one-week delay of initially planned dates of publishing. The procurement was published in the EIS system (Elektornisko Iepirkumu sistēma) or Electronic Procurement System with identification number 2021-LV-TMC-0195-W VISSA.
The title of the procurement in Latvian is the following: “Būvprojekta izstrāde, autoruzraudzība un būvdarbi kravas transporta vadītāju infrastruktūras objektā Lidlauka ielā 1, Bauskā, Bauskas novads un objektā Rīgas gatvē 146, Ādažos, Ādažu novads”.
The Procurement was launch in accordance to Cabinet of Ministers regulation Nr. 104 “Regulations Regarding Procurement Procedure and Procedures for Application Thereof to Projects Financed by a Contracting Authority“. The Procurement will end on the 07.01.2022 if the submission date will not be delayed due to unforeseen reasons.
