SIA VISSA has launched a procurement action in accordance to Grant Agreement Nr. 2019-LVTMC-0195-W between VISSA and INEA under the CEF MAP Call 2019 to attract the best value for money building contractor for both SSTPA’s A7 Bauska and A1 Adazi. The procurement documents were prepared in accordance to LR Cabinet of Ministers regulation Nr. 104 by experts from "JP BŪVINŽENIERU BIROJS" and “Iepirkumi.lv”
